NJ bill would fine drivers for eating, smoking behind the wheel | New York Post

   In the quest for a perfect world, New Jersey lawmakers are now considering a law to ban all non-driving activities behind the wheel, including smoking and eating. I would think Washington may want to follow up with a ban on cup holders...and those drive-up fast food windows
should be closed because they introduce food into the cockpit which could be consumed while underway....
Hunt is On for More Distractions to Ticket
 
      One would suspect the potential for ticket writing alone would bring our state along with this latest bit of nanny state.
