       Mayor-elect Bill de Blasio emerged from a White House meeting with President Obama and declared its game on for a national progressive agenda.
        Mr. de Blasio joined other newly minted mayors in the meeting which included Vice President Joe Biden and staffers.
        

 

       Due to his position as mayor of the nation's largest city, Mr. de Blasio will have quite the pulpit but not the personal fortune Mayor Michael Bloomberg has had to advance his agenda.
