WDT: Crazy Ray Knew What Happened

   Crazy Ray from FX in the Bay got it right....It was a faulty ball joint that disabled a city fire truck yesterday on Washington Street.  Ray made the call on yesterday's HOTLINE after seeing this photo on the Internet.
