   It is billed as a historic agreement on non-proliferation, but critics like Israel's PM Netanyahu call it a historic mistake that makes the world less safe.
    Six nations reached the deal with Iran which creates a framework for further talks on limiting nuclear development in the Islamic republic.   Some relief from sanctions will be provided and some delay in getting the bomb will occur.
