Moreland is supposed to be curing the spate of corruption that has led to higher arrest rates in the Capitol than in any inner city.
One can bet the era of good feeling between lawmakers and the Governor is over as Mr. Cuomo's hand picked commission continues its fishing expedition in search of clean and virtuous governing in New York.
