A bit of facelift, better security, and showing some the tenants the door is apparently making the difference in the Solar Building on Franklin Street. Owned by property magnate Brian Murray, the structure features unique architecture but has been a bit of sketchy address in recent years.

That seems to be changing and this is one of many downtown projects transforming the center of Watertown.
Construction fencing has been erected around the Woolworth Building this week in advance of Tuesday's expected property closing and the commencement of that $15M project.
