     Come the first of the year you can call 9-1-1 if someone is selling an incandescent light bulb. Cool !

      The once ubiquitous 40 and 60 watt bulbs are banned in January. Time to move on....In my  case I made the decision through market forces, but most people need the government to strong arm them.
      Will there be "mandated reporters" for illegal light bulbs?  Like a CPS worker who sees a bulb or a cop responding to a domestic can lay an additional charge of lighting a room with a child in it using a bulb ?
     The possibilities are endless.
