Imagine an everyday product used routinely is suddenly deemed off limits..So it will be soon with Styrofoam containers..at least in the City of New York. The current and future mayors support the ban.
We have tubes of foam cups at the radio station I work at. Many workplaces do, as do food and beverage outlets who use the popular material that critics say is not environmentally friendly.
Ten minutes in use...500 years in the landfill, or so goes the talking point.
