The President is claiming the problems with Obamacare can be fixed "administratively" while critics say legislative changes, including repeal, are needed.
Mr. Obama says he was not informed and didn't know what was going on, when he "fumbled" the ball. In fact he said the word "fumbled" three times on Thursday.
