De Blasio vows ‘fairer, more progressive’ city in inaugural address | New York Post

   Mayor Bill de Blasio says he will create a fairer New York.  The City's 109th Mayor was flanked by the state's Democratic elite including Bill Clinton and Governor Cuomo.
   The new mayor downplayed his tax the rich plans saying he only wants an extra $973 a year out of those making a million dollars...About three bucks a day, he said.
