Longmont police: 'Topless' barber arrested for practicing without a cosmetology license - Longmont Times-Call

      A Colorado woman is being held on $25,000 bail for allegedly giving haircuts at her home without wearing clothing on her upper body. Suzette Dawe was charged with criminal impersonation and barbering without a license.

     The 46 year old hair cutter had advertised her services on Craig's List.
