Why do we keep believing that there really are tax cuts ? The size of government gets larger and spending goes up, so how does it figure the government can collect less. In the opening salvo of 2014 Senate Republicans in Albany say they have a plain that will cut taxes and create jobs.
The only way you can cut taxes is by not reporting income or taking an expansive view of deductions.
There will be no tax cuts passed that will affect me.
