I was chatting up a couple county legislators tonight at Pete's and suggested to them a real PR coup for the County this holiday would be to hold a presser to try and get the dogs at the county pound in new homes for the new year.
Jefferson County has done a stand up job changing its dog control operation from seven days and your out to a real rescue mission.
Jet and I are available as proof positive this is one local government effort everyone can support.
We will see if Mr. Ferris and Mr. Doldo take my advice.
