80 Years Ago, Watertown Goes Wet

   My favorite amendment was ratified today 80 years ago. The 21st was the repeal of Prohibition and the great experiment only succeeded in creating crime, there still are those who want to return to it.

    In Watertown, the only gin mill directly tied to the end of Prohibition is Colesante's on Factory Street where you can see on the wall the original 1933 license documents still on the wall today.
