One of Watertown's most venerable employers will remain at its Water Street location having decided against a planned move to the City Center Industrial Park.
While the move would have been nice, we are glad to hear Jain Irrigation will invest in its current plant and continue operations in Watertown. Jain is an Indian firm with customers worldwide. Jain acquired the plant from Chapin Watermatics, a local firm that pioneered drip irrigation products.
